Police are warning residents after three burglaries to garages were reported this month in Bridgeport on the South Side.
In each case, someone forced their way into the garage and took items from inside, Chicago police said in a community alert.
A burglary happened between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. July 2 in the 2800 block of South Pitney Court, police said. Another took place at 6:30 a.m. July 6 in the 2800 block of South Hillock Avenue.
The third occurred at 2:40 p.m. July 8 in the 3200 block of South May Street, police said.
A description of any suspects was not immediately available.
