Gangster names Veronica Guerin killer

Irish gang boss John Gilligan, who was acquitted of murdering journalist Veronica Guerin in 1996, has used court privilege to accuse one of his former criminal associates, John Traynor, of being responsible. Gilligan, who is serving a 20-year on drugs offences, defied a judge's orders to make his claim. Traynor, who has long been a suspect, moved to Spain immediately after Guerin's shooting.
