Two men have been left with serious injuries after being chased and attacked by a group in the Townhead area.
The men, aged 38 and 45, were chased by a group of around seven or eight other men between the high flats at Grafton Place and Hanover Court around 9.15pm on Monday.
One of men was left with a broken arm while the other was treated for broken fingers. They were treated at Glasgow Royal Infirmary and later released.
Police are appealing for information on the incident and are asking anyone with dash cam footage to come forward.
The group are described as being Eastern European in appearance and were wearing jeans and t-shirts.
It's possible they left the area in a red 4x4 and a white Mercedes vehicle.
Detective Constable Fraser Gunn at Stewart Street CID Office said: “I would ask anyone who may have been in the area of Grafton Place/Hanover Court around this time to call us on the 101 number if they witnessed anything which might help in this investigation.
"I would also ask anyone who may have been driving in this area in a vehicle fitted with a dash-cam to review their footage to see if they may have captured anything which might assist this investigation.
