There's a medieval Game of Thrones-themed banquet coming to Glasgow's west end this summer.
This night of debauchery at Cottiers on Friday July 5 will see kingmakers, despotic queens and would-be dragon slayers lay down arms to enjoy a sit-down three-course meal.
You'll get "specially designed drinks" and mead on arrival and sit down to a three-course meal – with a traditional hog roast for the main course... We're guessing veggies might want to miss out on this one.
There will be plenty of entertainment and costumes are strongly encouraged, as "richly decorated Lords and Ladies are asked to break bread with warriors and rag-wearing peasants."
Cottiers will no doubt help set the scene – stained glass windows, ornate stonework and vaulted ceilings... The west end is the new Westeros.
