Game of Thrones breaks in Northern Ireland launch from £83pp with location tours

Game of Thrones fans can go exploring the Seven Kingdoms this spring, without needing to turn to the Iron Bank of Braavos.

That's because SuperBreak has launched new overnight stays in Northern Ireland from £83pp which include both a 5* hotel stay and a coach tour of Game of Thrones' filming locations in the UK. (It's worth noting that the package won't include your travel costs).

You can already book SuperBreak's Game of Thrones deal but you'll want to be quick as we reckon they could prove pretty popular, especially as the show is currently on its final season.

During the coach tour you'll get to explore the likes of Dark Hedges, aka the Kings' Road, Ballington Harbour which served as the backdrop for the Iron Islands scenes, Larrybane where Renly Baratheon met his end, and Inch Abbey where Robb Stark was named King of the North.

Meanwhile, the tour will also stop off at some of Northern Ireland's most famous sights including the breathtaking Giant's Causeway and the Carrick-a-Rede Ropebridge.

After all the excitement, there will be plenty of opportunity to unwind with a stay at the 5* Hilton Belfast Hotel.

The deal is currently available for arrivals starting from May 2019 so there's ample opportunity to bag a last minute getaway, or even book in a special weekend to mark the end of the show when the series' finale airs.

Of course Northern Ireland could be set for another boost of tourism thanks to the show as it prepares to open a brand new Game of Thrones UK exhibition complete with set replicas, costume and props from the show, and heaps of behind-the-scenes tidbits.

The new attraction isn't set to open until spring 2020 although HBO has yet to confirm an exact date.

In the meantime, if you're after more GoT inspired breaks, why not try this quirky house in England which comes with its very own resident dragon?
