People looking to try something weird and wonderful have plenty of places to choose from in Glasgow, with the likes of meat cocktails, Irn-Bru flavoured vegan sandwiches and Nutella ribs just a few items that have come across our radar in recent years.
And we can add list a new dish that's been sold by one Glasgow shop that has caused a wee stir among foodies online - tandoori lorne 'square' sausage.
The bizarre delicacy is being sold in packs of five by Shawlands Continental Foodstore on Moss-Side Road in the south side of the city.

Dundee native Andy Chrichton - who seems to have it in for Glasgow - discovered the "game changer" recently it seems, advising his pals on Twitter that he'll be stocking up on the packs of lorne to take some back up the road with him next week.
He tweeted: "Not many good things come out of Glasgow, but this is one exception - its a game changer - tandoori lorne is up there with the very best, f anyone wants some let me know as I will be bringing some back next week."
The tweet sparked a flood of comments from people on both sides of the fence about the delicacy.
One person responded with: "I’m up for trying some like. No sure it’s a breakfast kinda thing tho", to which Andy wrote replied: "It's amazing, I have some here for you, I will freeze it and you can get it at the weekend."
Another commented: "That has spiked my interest in breakfast! OOFT!", echoed by a further comment which read: "Have had it before. Absolutely delicious it is".
Although someone who didn't seem to keen on it wrote: "Sounds utterly minging."
