Galway Races tips, TV channel information, race card, runners, start time and more for day 4 at Ballybrit

The Galway Races continue today with eight more contests taking place at Ballybrit.

We've more jumps action following Early Doors' triumph in the Galway Plate on Wednesday.

It's also Ladies Day and a virtual Best Dressed competition will take place. You can read all about it here.

What time is the first race?

The first race on day four gets underway at 4.45pm.

What's the big race?

One of the biggest races of the summer in the Galway Hurdle is the feature contest this evening.

Gordon Elliott has never won the race, but has a very strong hand this year with favourite Felix Desjy and Cheltenham Festival winner or Aramax.

Willie Mullins runs five, while Wonder Laish is high in the betting for Charles Byrnes.

The race takes place at 6.45pm.

RTE Two will show live action from 5.30pm to 7.30pm, while Racing TV will show all the races from Galway this week live.
