A brand new food venue is preparing to open in the west of Glasgow with the arrival of Gallus Street Food in Yoker.
Inspired by 'go to street foods of the world', but with a Scottish angle, work has been underway at the new Dumbarton Road food spot over the past few weeks.
And the team behind Gallus have recently revealed their menu as they prepared to serve up tasty scran in the west of Glasgow.
A full pizza menu includes 'The Gallus' - with haggis, Stornoway black pudding, smoked bacon, egg and truffle oil, while there's also a vegan pizza on offer too.
Meanwhile there's an extensive selection of beef and chicken burgers, again with plenty of Scottish ingredients, such as 'The Blue Aye' - a single beef patty with smoked bacon, blue cheese and red onion jam.
Ahead of the opening - with a date yet to be announced - the owners say: "We will soon be bringing you the freshest, streetfood style scran you know and love, infused with the flavours of growing up in Scotland."
