Gabriel Magalhaes agrees terms, Chris Smalling enquiry and latest Everton transfer rumours rated

The Coronavirus pandemic might have stopped football but it will never stop the transfer rumour mill.

And while we might not know when football will resume or when the summer transfer window will ever re-open as FIFA re-jig their calendar, Everton continue to be linked with a whole host of talent.

In today's edition of transfer rumours rated, Theo Squires weighs up the latest Blues gossip and separates the wheat from the chaff.

WHO?

Gabriel Magalhaes. You've been living under a rock if you don't know who the Lille centre-back is by now.

WHERE?

Football Insider claim that the Brazilian has agreed lucrative five-year deal with Everton and now a fee will be thrashed out with Lille.

They also claim the Blues have tabled a £30m bid for the defender.

WHAT?

Everton are interested in Gabriel, we know that much at least.

Whether a deal has progressed to that extent with football in limbo because of Coronavirus remains to be seen.

WHO?

Chris Smalling. Manchester United centre-back on loan at AS Roma.

WHERE?

Journalist Nicola Schira has tweeted claiming the Blues have made an enquiry for the centre-back, believing the Serie A side won't look to sign him permanently.

He also claims Roma will look to sign Moise Kean on loan from Everton with a view to buy.

WHAT?

Well if Everton are indeed signing Gabriel, they won't need Chris Smalling.

And the idea of Moise Kean leaving after just a season still seems pretty silly.

WHO?

Allan and Hirving Lozano. Again, you know who the Napoli duo are by now.

WHERE?

France Football claims the Serie A side want to cut their losses on the pair and are encouraging Carlo Ancelotti to make a move to reunite with them this summer.

The Italian is said to be keen on Allan, who could be available for €40m, with the report claiming Napoli will make any move even more agreeable if Everton take Lozano as well.

WHAT?

Anyone else fed up of all these almost daily stories linking Everton with Napoli players now?
