Gabriel Jesus spotted with fans after two-goal Arsenal debut in pre-season friendly

It's fair to say Gabriel Jesus enjoyed an impressive start to life at Arsenal, scoring twice against Nurenburg in his first outing on Friday.

His first came just 90 seconds after a half-time introduction, his second wrapping up a 5-3 win in Germany.

Arsenal were not at the races in the first half, going 2-0 down and showing little signs of improving. Jesus provided an immediate spark and set the tone for the second half.

His link-up play with both Eddie Nketiah and Gabriel Martinelli will have impressed, and excited, Mikel Arteta.

But it wasn't just during the game when Jesus showed his class.

Almost immediately after the final whistle, Jesus was met by a young fan on the pitch asking for a photograph. He duly obliged, no doubt delighting the young Gunner.

More fans followed and Jesus was more than happy to stick around before chatting to some Nurenburg players and heading down the tunnel to the dressing room.

Next up on Arsenal's pre-season tour is Everton, in the United States, on July 16. Jesus will be hoping for more of the same.
