Erin's Own GAA club players paid tribute to their late teammate as they brought the Kilkenny U21 B Hurling Championship trophy to his grave.
The club's young players enjoyed a memorable championship win as they overcame Lisdowney in the Nowlan Park decider back on December 19.
And in memory of Nicky Connolly, the panel paid a visit to their former teammate as they posed alongside the trophy by his graveside.
The classy gesture capped a memorable weekend for the side as they eased to the win in the decider by a 4-11 to 2-08 scoreline.
