With players around the country returning to play for GAA clubs in recent weeks, a Covid Health Questionnaire must be filled out as a safety protocol amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Users must first create a profile with basic personal and contact details after logging on to https://returntoplay.gaa.ie .
They will then need to verify their profile using the email address they have entered.
Drop-down menus allow players to select which county they are based in and which club they represent and whether they are playing camogie, hurling, handball, ladies football or men's football.
Players will then be asked to confirm whether or not they have completed the mandatory Return to Play awareness course.
The questionnaire contains five health questions and once a player has submitted their questionnaire, they are asked to reconfirm that their health status has not changed before each training session.
Players must go to the Covid-19 Club Education eLearning Module to gain an understanding of the safe return to play findings before they have filled out the Covid Health Questionnaire and this can be accessed at this link.
