'Future legend' - Arsenal and Spurs fans in transfer frenzy after Dusan Vlahovic hat-trick

Dusan Vlahovic continued his impressive Fiorentina form by scoring a hat-trick against Spezia on Sunday.

The 21-year-old was linked with moves to both Arsenal and Tottenham in the summer, but a deal to take him to the Premier League never materialised.

However, the north London rivals may be tempted to revisit their interests in the future, especially if either Alexandre Lacazette or Harry Kane leave their respective clubs in the coming months.

As things stand, Vlahovic isn't going to extend his current deal at Fiorentina and the club may look to sell their star asset to help bring in some decent funds.

The club recently released a statement where President, Rocco Commiso, confirmed that the Serbian will not extend his current deal.

He said: "When I arrived in Florence, I promised the fans that I would be up front with them and that I would never make promises that I could not keep.

"During my time in Florence over the past few weeks, I have personally endeavoured to find a solution that would make both the player and the club happy, but I am disappointed to say that our efforts and attempts have not been rewarded.

"At this point, all that we can do is acknowledge the wishes of the player and his entourage and quickly identify feasible, appropriate solutions as we proceed with this exciting new season.”

However, his contract situation hasn't stopped his goalscoring form, and because of that fact, Arsenal and Spurs fans want their club to sign him in the near future.

Take a look at some of what's been said on Twitter.

Fans will have to contain their excitement for now at least, but with another transfer window just a matter of months away, it's understandable that they're interested by his current form.

Let's just wait and see what he does next.
