A furniture manufacturer and fit-out specialist which is working on private rental and student residence schemes has secured £12.5 million in orders in just six months.
New contracts awarded to Deanestor, based in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, will be delivered through to 2020 and also include healthcare and education clients.
The firm says £6.8 million of the orders are for the manufacture and fitting of fixed furniture for new build-to-rent developments and student accommodation.
This includes a contract to fit out more than 650 bedrooms and provide more than 200 kitchens for student residences in London.

In the healthcare sector, Deanestor will provide furniture for the £350 million Grange University Hospital in Gwent for Aneurin Bevan University Health Board.
The company's largest project in the education sector, meanwhile, is a £3 million contract for the new Inverurie Community Campus, one of the biggest school projects in Scotland. Deanestor will fit out 360 rooms.
