Raging Tommy Wright branded Kenny MacIntyre "out of order" as the BBC reporter was involved in another on-air debate with a Scottish Premiership boss.
Kilmarnock are staring down at the Championship having finished in the bottom two of the table, and face a battle to survive against Dundee in the playoff.
However, the Killie boss wasn't happy in his pre-match interview when put on the spot about the club's fortunes this season.
Wright bristled when asked by MacIntyre about the quality in the squad, that includes the likes of Kyle Lafferty and Chris Burke, at the club despite the relegation scrap.
"I want to concentrate on winning the playoff. That's where my concentration level is. I think your question is a wee bit out or order, so we'll move on."
The BBC man continued to press, responding: "I'm not meant to be out or order, but..."
Before Wright quipped back: "It is out order, you're trying to get me into something, before a game. You do it all the time Kenny."
The reporter insisted it was a fair question, before Wright bit back: "Well, I don't, and you know what, it's my opinion over yours."
MacIntyre has clashed with both Neil Lennon and Jack Ross in on-air bust ups on Sportsound already this campaign.
