During The Week In Politics, a keen exerciser goes from right to left, disappearing behind a car before emerging the far side and stumbling their way to the ground.
Wearing a white t-shirt and black shorts, the jogger falls flat on the footpath before picking themselves up, clutching their back and walking around the corner.
If there was ever an advert for staying at home and watching Netflix with a takeaway instead of taking to the streets and shaking off the muscle cobwebs, this is it.
