A private funeral is to be held today for Caroline Flack .
The 40-year-old's family confirmed former Love Island presenter Caroline had taken her own life 18 days before she was due to stand trial for allegedly assaulting her boyfriend, Lewis Burton, back in December.
Boyfriend Lewis stood by Caroline, though the pair were permitted from contacting one another while the legal case was ongoing.
Friends and family of the former Love Island presenter will today pay their tributes to the star who tragically died last month.
The presenter was found dead in her East London flat on February 15.
Celebrities and fans were grief-stricken by the star's death and shared memories and tributes on social media.
Recently, singer Olly Murs was emotional in an appearance on Loose Women where he spoke about the loss of his close friend.
He said: "It's been tough, I never thought I'd never see her again. I love her and I miss her to bits."
Olly, 35, spoke to the Loose Women panel about the loss of his former colleague Caroline.
Caroline Flack's cause of death was confirmed as hanging by the coroner at the inquest to her death on Wednesday, February 19.
