Funeral details have been announced for tragic hit-and-run victim Gerard Whyte.
The 21-year-old died in hospital after being hit by a truck on the Swords Road at the Collins Avenue Junction last Friday.
Gerard, from Ballymun, will be cremated on Thursday following a 10am funeral mass.
A man has been charged in connection with the incident and has been remanded in custody.
Gerard's funeral notice reads: "Tragically following a traffic incident. Beloved son of Gerard and Julie and beloved brother of Emma. Sadly missed by his heartbroken mother, father, sister, grandmother Eileen, aunts, uncles, grandaunts, granduncle, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.

"Funeral Mass on Thursday morning, June 6th, at 10am at the Church of The Virgin Mary, Shangan Road, followed by cremation in Glasnevin Crematorium. No flowers please.
"Donations in lieu to the Irish Society for Autism, Unity Building, 16/17 Lower O’Connell Street, Dublin 1 or to the Irish Cancer Society, 45 Northumberland Road, Dublin 4."
