A fundraiser has been launched for an Irish family who have two young boys with Down's Syndrome who both require 24-hour care.
Lucas and Adam O'Neill, from Tourmakeady, Co Mayo, both have complex medical issues and need around-the-clock care.
The local community is now looking to raise funds for parents Marie and Antaine, who also have a three-year-old daughter Alannah.
Lucas, 6, is unable to move independently, is non-verbal and is confined to a wheelchair.

The youngster also has breathing difficulties and often needs an oxygen mask, requiring frequent visits to hospital.
While baby Adam, who is just three-months-old, also has Down's Syndrome, and had to undergo life-saving surgery just a few days after birth.
Adam spent several weeks in Crumlin Children's Hospital with both his parents, but is now thankfully recovering.
The GoFundMe, which has currently raised €4,650 of its €50,000 target, aims to help the family purchase a vehicle that will accommodate the needs of all three children, as well as covering some of the day-to-day expenses of caring for Lucas.
A special night of music and entertainment is also planned for Sunday, April 12 in Maire Luke's Bar in Tourmakeady, with businesses asked to donate whatever they can to the cause.
