Fun garden trail coming to Speke Hall in Liverpool this October half term

Families can join Henry the Hedgehog and his wildlife friends this October half term at Speke Hall in Liverpool.

The National Trust's fun trail is suitable for all ages and takes you through the beautiful autumnal gardens at the venue to help Henry search for the perfect place to hibernate.

The activity is free to enjoy as part of your visit to Speke Hall, you just have to pay normal admission charges to enter the venue.

On arrival, head to reception and pick up a trail map, then begin your journey along the trail and help Henry and his friends find the hibernation spot of dreams.

Remember to wrap up warm, and as some paths may be muddy in wet weather, wellies are recommended.

The trail is open from October 23 for the duration of the half term, from 10.30am to 5pm.

Standard admission to Speke Hall costs £14 for adults, £7 for children and £35 for a family ticket. You don’t have to book in advance, and the house is open Wednesday to Sunday.
