Fuming Rangers fan hatches plan to 'cripple every club' in Scotland in irate radio rant

One fuming Rangers fan has urged his fellow supporters never to attend an away game again and "cripple every club" in Scotland.

Tuesday's SPFL EGM saw the Ibrox club's resolution for an independent inquiry voted down, reports The Daily Record.

Rangers had called for a probe into the handling of the vote to end the lower league seasons, which also handed the SPFL the power to do the same in the Premiership.

And the Clyde Superscoreboard caller was so irate the motion didn't pass that he's called on fellow fans never to attend an away match again.

Derek fumed: "I urge every Rangers fan tonight: never take another away ticket and cripple every club in the country.

"What they've done to Rangers and other clubs has been disgusting.

"I will never take another away ticket, I will boycott every away ground in the country."

It was then pointed out that 12 other clubs did in fact vote with Rangers.

But the caller insisted: "Hearts only voted to save their own skin!

"Aberdeen? I still wouldn't take a ticket from them."
