Fuller-lipped Adele fails to raise a smile on date night with Rich Paul

Adele showed off a plumper pout as she failed to raise a smile on a date night with boyfriend Rich Paul.

The Hello hitmaker was seated courtside at the star-studded NBA All-Star Game in Cleveland, Ohio, on Sunday, but looked morose as she was wrapped up in an £9,000 Alaïa leopard print coat.

The 33-year-old rocked full lips, highlighted by her chic matte mauve lipstick, as she held hands with her sports agent boyfriend and cheered on at the all-star game.

Adele was later spotted chatting to Mary J Blige, fresh from her iconic performance at the Super Bowl Half Time Show, but the mum-of-one remained stony-faced throughout the game.

The Grammy-winning singer sparked rumours she and Rich were engaged as she attended the BRIT Awards earlier this month with a huge diamond ring on her ring finger, but the sparkler was nowhere to be seen on Sunday, with Adele wearing a thin gold band on her hand instead.

Rich, who manages sports stars including LeBron James, and Maya Jama’s fiance Ben Simmons, was dressed in jeans and a leather jacket for the important game, which was attended by basketball legend Michael Jordan, as well as newly-engaged couple Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox.

Rich and Adele have been dating since last year, and when quizzed about the engagement rumours during an appearance on The Graham Norton Show, the singer remained coy and insisted she wouldn’t spill any secrets.

“If I was would I ever tell anyone if I was or wasn't?” she teased.

Adele finalised her divorce from ex Simon Konecki - with whom she shares son Angelo, 8 - in March last year, and she went public with her sports agent beau just a few months later.

The singer has been letting her hair down recently ahead of her rescheduled Las Vegas residency, which is reportedly due to kick off in June.

Adele was forced to cancel the entire 24-date residency in January, less than 24 hours before she was due to walk on stage, telling her devastated fans that she was unable to create the show she wanted as her crew were hit by Covid-19.

According to The Sun on Sunday, the singer looks likely to be performing her Weekends with Adele gigs between June and September this year at Caesars Palace's The Colosseum.

Adele told Mirror Online she would “100 per cent be back” after she tearfully announced she was scrapping her gigs in an emotional Instagram video.

“I just want to apologise and thank all those who have shown me their love and support.

“I am so blessed to have the best fans in the world. I promise I will be 100 per cent back,” she insisted.
