The Southport Airshow 2019 takes place in the seaside town this weekend and visitors will be hoping for a good weather forecast.

After a week of mixed weather on Merseyside, will it be sunshine or showers for the event?
Well the good news is, according to the Met Office the weather is expected to be mainly sunny over the three days.
Here is the weather forecast for Friday, Saturday and Sunday at this weekend's Southport Air Show .
Friday
The Met Office forecast is for sunny intervals late afternoon and then it is expected to be cloudy after 7pm.
Friday evening will bring temperatures of 14°.
Saturday
The forecast on Saturday is for sunshine throughout the day.
Saturday will bring temperatures of around 16° throughout the afternoon.
Sunday
There will be sunny intervals which will change to cloudy skies by early evening.
Sunday will bring temperatures of 15° throughout the afternoon.
