Tottenham are one win away from the Europa League group stages with only Maccabi Haifa standing in their way.
Having overcome Bulgaria's Lokomotiv Plovdiv and KF Shkendija of North Macedonia in earlier qualifying rounds, Jose Mourinho will look to secure Spurs' progress into the tournament proper with a victory on Thursday night.
Spurs come into the game on a night after beating Chelsea on penalties on Tuesday night to advance through to the quarter-finals of the Carabao Cup.
But the London derby was the second of four games which Mourinho's side have to play this week, with a trip to Manchester United to follow Thursday night's clash against Maccabi.
Ahead of the game, Mourinho confirmed Gareth Bale is still out but refused to say whether Dele Alli would return to the squad after being left out against Chelsea.
"I cannot confirm Dele 's playing tomorrow but I cannot confirm he's not playing," he told reporters at his press conference.
"We have still training sessions today, we have still decisions to make. The only thing I can say is he's being very, very professional. I have only respect for him.
"He's being very professional, particularly yesterday when the team was preparing for the game and he wasn't.
"It would be perfectly acceptable to have a lack of motivation, even a lack of professionalism for this training session but it was exactly the opposite.
"He trained very hard yesterday. He has my respect and the respect of his teammates so it's possible he plays tomorrow."
