Tottenham Hotspur are in line to play their first competitive game in a fortnight as they take on Liverpool today.
Spurs have not been in action since their 3-0 victory against Norwich City exactly two weeks ago and have since had a number of matches postponed both in the Premier League and Europa Conference League.
In more positive news however, Antonio Conte ’s men host the Reds in north London amid their easing Covid-19 crisis and will be keen to start picking up wins sooner rather than later.
Their assignment though could realistically not be much harder, with Jurgen Klopp ’s side currently in irresistible form having lost just one out of their opening 17 Premier League games so far this season.
It goes without saying then that Spurs could certainly do with having their best players available as they aim to claim three points.
They might just have that too, with a number of the current contingent that tested positive for coronavirus able to return to action.
In what capacity they may take to the pitch remains to be seen but their presence will certainly be a big boost to Conte and Spurs.
With that being said, football.london takes a look at the full squad that the Italian has at his disposal ahead of today’s game.
