The business that ran Ryan Giggs' and Gary Neville's football-themed restaurant in London has been formally dissolved.
Cafe Football has been voluntarily struck off the register of Companies House, according to a newly-filed notice.
The move comes after the former Manchester United stars closed the firm's restaurant in 2019. Their site in Singapore remains open and is operated through a separate company.

The company's Café Football branch in Stratford, East London, was shut down in February 2019. The pair's site in Manchester city centre, which was run by a separate business, was closed a week later.
At the time, the pair said the closures would allow them to focus on the brand's hotel chain.
Hotel Football is located in the shadow of Manchester United's Old Trafford stadium.
BusinessLive reported in September last year that turnover had jumped by more than £2m at the hotel during 2021 while its pre-tax losses were cut from £2m to £1.1m over the same period.
Its turnover figure was still some way behind 2019's pre-pandemic total of £6.6m while the hotel lost £666,083 during that year.
Ryan Giggs and Gary Neville also co-own the luxury Stock Exchange Hotel in Manchester city centre.
During 2021, the hotel's turnover increased from £1.6m to £3.9m while its pre-tax losses were cut from £2.3m to £1m.
