Leeds United's full squad revealed for Derby County clash

Leeds United return to Elland Road this lunchtime where they will renew acquaintances with Derby County.

This will be the first time that the two sides have met since last season's epic play-off semi-final, which saw the Rams end Marcelo Bielsa's sides' promotion hopes.

Derby would fall short in the play-off final before losing their head coach Frank Lampard and return to Elland Road sitting 19th in the Championship table under new boss Phillip Cocu.

Leeds are the early pace-setters, beginning the weekend at the top of the table after losing just one of their opening seven matches.

Improved injury luck has helped Leeds make such a positive start and Bielsa will be able to call upon an almost-fully fit squad at Elland Road.

Adam Forshaw is currently the only Leeds player on the treatment table, with Luke Ayling stepping up his comeback from injury this week with two outings for the under-23s. A 45-minute appearance in Monday's 6-0 win over Watford was followed by a 72-minute outing in the defeat at Hull yesterday.

While a start for Ayling is highly unlikely, Bielsa did confirm he would be an option for the squad against the Rams. Tyler Roberts also got more under-23s minutes under his belt on Monday as he awaits his first appearance with the first-team this season.

That means that Forshaw and Jordan Stevens, who is serving a suspension from all football activities following a breach of the FA's betting regulations, are the only players unavailable to Bielsa.

Kamil Miazek, Alfie McCalmont, Mateusz Bogusz and Jack Clarke all started for the under-23s on Friday.

Full Leeds United squad: Illan Meslier, Luke Ayling, Barry Douglas, Ben White, Liam Cooper, Patrick Bamford, Ezgjan Alioski, Tyler Roberts, Kiko Casilla, Eddie Nketiah, Stuart Dallas, Helder Costa, Pablo Hernandez, Jack Harrison, Kalvin Phillips, Gaetano Berardi, Kamil Miazek, Pascal Struijk, Robbie Gotts, Alfie McCalmont, Leif Davis, Mateusz Klich, Mateusz Bogusz, Jamie Shackleton, Jack Clarke.
