The Scottish FA have explained why Celtic were given a late penalty against Kilmarnock this afternoon.
It looked as though Brendan Rodgers' side were going to drop points in Ayrshire when David Watson equalised with just under 10 minutes to go.
In the dying embers, however, the ball hit the arm of Kilmarnock defender Lewis Mayo.

After a VAR review, referee John Beaton awarded a penalty.
Full SFA guidance as to why the spot-kick was given was revealed live on Sky Sports post-match: "The penalty [was] awarded for handball by the Kilmarnock defender whose arm was in an unnatural position," it read.
"Deflection does not always negate a handball offence. He doesn't know where the ball is going, and his arm is up in an unnatural position to block a shot."
Celtic moved nine points clear of city rivals Rangers with their victory this afternoon.
They sit at the top of the Scottish Premiership on goal difference, with Heart of Midlothian closely trailing them in second.
Rodgers' men are next in action in the Premier Sports Cup a week today as they travel to face Partick Thistle in the quarter-finals of the competition.
