Full Liverpool squad available v Tottenham Hotspur as Jurgen Klopp handed Covid headache

Liverpool look to carry on their fine run of form in the Premier League on Sunday as they take on Tottenham Hotspur.

The Reds are on a winning run of eight matches in all competitions after beating Newcastle United 3-1 on Thursday night at Anfield.

And they will look to continue that with victory at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Should leaders Manchester City slip up at Newcastle earlier on in the day, three points for Liverpool could see them climb a spot to the top of the Premier League.

But question marks remain over the availability of Virgil van Dijk, Fabinho and Curtis Jones, who all missed out against Newcastle after testing positive for Covid.

On Friday afternoon, speaking ahead of the trip to Tottenham, Klopp said that the positive tests had yet to be verified as Liverpool waited to discover if any other first-team players had contracted the virus

Better news was the fact that Roberto Firmino made his comeback from a serious hamstring injury in the second half on Thursday as Naby Keita also got more minutes under his belt.

Harvey Elliott and goalkeeper Adrian remain absent, Divock Origi is sidelined with a 'little issue', while Nat Phillips remains injured with a fractured cheekbone.

And below is the full squad of players Liverpool boss Klopp is set to have for the Spurs game.

Goalkeepers: Alisson Becker, Caoimhin Kelleher.

Defenders: Andy Robertson, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Neco Williams, Joel Matip, Joe Gomez, Ibrahima Konate, Kostas Tsimikas.

Midfielders: Jordan Henderson, James Milner, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Thiago Alcantara, Naby Keita, Tyler Morton.

Forwards: Mohamed Salah, Diogo Jota, Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino, Takumi Minamino.
