Dozens of bank branches across the country are expected to close by the end of June - including 12 in London.
In total, 86 closures are expected to take place in the UK this month, including branches of Lloyds, NatWest, Halifax and Bank of Scotland.
The closures began on June 1, and will continue throughout the month.
37 branches of Lloyds are set to close, along with 25 Halifax locations, 14 NatWest branches, and 10 Bank of Scotland sites.
There will be further closures announced in the coming months, with Halifax, Lloyds and the Bank of Scotland confirming they will see the closure of at least 168 branches between 2026 and 2027.
Santander has already closed 40 banks this year, and have confirmed that more will come by early 2027.
Banks are closing branches due to rising costs and shifting customer behaviour, with many customers pushed to manage their money online or by app.
