Full list of Michelin Star restaurants in Britain and Ireland 2022 - see your area

This year’s Michelin Great Britain and Ireland Guide was unveiled on February 16th, revealing the finest restaurants across the British Isles.

Eight restaurants were awarded three Michelin Stars, the highest accolade, 1 of which is a new recipient.

22 restaurants were awarded two stars, 5 of which are new, and 164 restaurants were awarded one Michelin Star, 19 of which are new arrivals on the guide.

The Michelin Star is the ultimate stamp of culinary excellence. Stars are awarded to restaurants which are deemed to be of a particularly high quality.

The accolade is world renowned by the restaurant industry.
