Full list of food items urgently recalled from Asda, Tesco and Sainsbury's

A number of products have been recalled by supermarkets and shops over safety fears.

This includes biscuits, crisps and wax melts.

If there is a problem with a product that means it should not be sold, then it might be 'withdrawn' (taken off the shelves) or 'recalled' (when customers are asked to return the product).

The Food Standards Agency and CTSI issues 'Product Withdrawal Information Notices' and 'Product Recall Information Notices' to let consumers and local authorities know about problems associated with an item.

We've rounded up the product recalls from this week.
