The Cincinnati Bengals love their compensatory approach to the draft, so the news they added three more picks via the process recently had to result in some positivity at Paul Brown Stadium.
The three picks come via the sixth round, and though they were eligible for even more picks and didn’t get them, it’s hard to complain.

The Bengals were given the sixth-round picks as compensation for losing Andre Smith, AJ McCarron and Chris Smith, while only bringing on Preston Smith.
That makes for five picks in the sixth round — the Bengals also have their original and earned another by trading away Bene’ Benwikere.
