Sefton Park is taken over once again today as the LIMF returns for its second huge day of music.
More than 70 acts will play across four stages this weekend - including the highly anticipated Disco Classical with Sister Sledge featuring Kathy Sledge.
Today the box office opens at 11am, with entertainment from Capital Liverpool until midday.
From midday onwards there is live music until 9:20pm on Sunday, though last entry to the festival site is 7pm.
