Full Leeds United squad revealed for Wigan Athletic trip as Marcelo Bielsa must drop loanee

Zero changes are expected to Marcelo Bielsa’s starting line-up in the Championship, one week on from the 1-1 draw with Nottingham Forest.

The Whites travel to Wigan Athletic on Saturday with no new injuries or suspensions to fret about as they head to Greater Manchester.

Bielsa has all but confirmed he will field the same XI which faced Sabri Lamouchi’s Forest one week ago despite a clinical win at Salford City on Tuesday.

That means star summer acquisitions Helder Costa and Eddie Nketiah may settle for places on the bench at DW Stadium.

The dilemma Bielsa has revolves around which of his six loanees sits the match out entirely. Ben White, Nketiah, Costa and Jack Harrison look like certainties for selection.

Illan Meslier and Jack Clarke contest the final spot and much rests on Bielsa’s confidence in the former and whether he feels Kamil Miazek is an able deputy between the sticks.

Full Leeds United squad: Illan Meslier, Barry Douglas, Adam Forshaw, Ben White, Liam Cooper, Patrick Bamford, Ezgjan Alioski, Kiko Casilla, Eddie Nketiah, Stuart Dallas, Helder Costa, Pablo Hernandez, Jack Harrison, Kalvin Phillips, Gaetano Berardi, Kamil Miazek, Robbie Gotts, Alfie McCalmont, Leif Davis, Mateusz Klich, Mateusz Bogusz, Jamie Shackleton, Jack Clarke, Jordan Stevens.
