Full Leeds United squad revealed for Millwall clash with injuries hitting Marcelo Bielsa hard

Leeds United head coach Marcelo Bielsa will be forced into making at least two changes for this afternoon's clash with Millwall at The Den, with both Liam Cooper and Jamie Shackleton ruled out through injury.

Skipper Cooper, who joined the Whites over five years ago, has been ruled out for up to six weeks with a groin problem after being forced off in the first half of Tuesday night's win against West Bromwich Albion at Elland Road.

And Cooper won't be the only change Bielsa will be forced into making as the Whites prepare for their second London away day inside a week, as midfielder Shackleton has also been ruled out with hamstring problem.

With Cooper ruled out it leaves a huge hole to be filled in the heart of United's defence, but whether Bielsa will turn to the experienced figure of Gaetano Berardi or one of the club's younger players remains to be seen.

It is also highly likely Luke Ayling will claim his first start of the season after overcoming an ankle problem and slot in at right-back, with Stuart Dallas being tipped to move across into midfield in Shackleton's absence.

Meanwhile, Leeds will once again be without midfield architect Pablo Hernandez, who has missed the last two games due to a muscular problem, and Adam Forshaw, who has recently suffered a recurrence of the hip injury that forced him into missing 10 days of training after the Whites' 1-0 defeat to Swansea City prior to the last international break.

Elsewhere, Jordan Stevens, who is serving a suspension from all football activities following a breach of the FA's betting regulations, is the only other player Bielsa cannot call upon this weekend.

Full Leeds United squad: Illan Meslier, Luke Ayling, Barry Douglas, Ben White, Patrick Bamford, Ezgjan Alioski, Tyler Roberts, Kiko Casilla, Eddie Nketiah, Stuart Dallas, Helder Costa, Jack Harrison, Kalvin Phillips, Gaetano Berardi, Kamil Miazek, Robbie Gotts, Leif Davis, Mateusz Klich, Jack Clarke.
