A bakery with a burgeoning reputation for its delicious sweet treats is to open its very first shop in Glasgow.
Full Circle Bakes has been popping up at various locations across the city over the past couple of years, serving up the likes of sensational sugar-filled cookies, blondies and brownies.
And today talented baker and professional pastry chef behind Full Circle Bakes, Jacky, has announced the location of her fledgling business' first permanent home, in Dennistoun.
Tonight she announced on Instagram: "I was planning on announcing the location of my shop once the sign was up ... but thanks to the 0/10 weather at the moment ... it’s looking like it’s going to be at least another week before my sign can go up, and I don’t want to wait that long to announce the location!
"SO. Drum roll please ......... as loads of you have guessed so far, my shop is in Dennistoun - 276 Cumbernauld Road (which is technically Haghill but that doesn’t have quite the same ring to it ... ).
Jacky, who has been sharing photos showing the work in progress in the unit, says she hopes to focus on postal deliveries for the time being, before looking to open up the shop in spring or summer, starting by opening just one day a week.
