Full Chelsea squad revealed for Watford clash as Thomas Tuchel faces selection dilemma

Fresh off the back of being voted as FIFA's Club of the Year at the Ballon d'Or ceremony on Monday night, Chelsea travel to Watford this evening in the Premier League.

It has been a sensational 12 months for Thomas Tuchel and his squad, who are currently sitting at the top of the table after the opening 13 matches of the season.

However, at the weekend, the Blues were held to a 1-1 draw with Manchester United and their title rivals Liverpool and Manchester City gained two points on the west Londoners after both winning.

Tuchel will be determined for his side to get back to winning ways later on at Vicarage Road, but the German coach is set to be without a few players.

Speaking in his pre-match press conference on Tuesday afternoon, Tuchel confirmed that N'Golo Kante, Mateo Kovacic and Ben Chilwell will definitely be sidelined through injuries, while Jorginho, Timo Werner and Reece James will all be assessed ahead of the clash this evening.

The Chelsea boss said: "For sure, out is Chilly, still Kova and N’Golo. We have some players who are a doubt. Maybe a bit more time with more examinations to re-evaluate the status – it is Reece James, Jorgi and Timo Werner.

"They all trained today with us, but there will be some last minute decisions about the three."

So, with this being said, football.london takes a look at the squad Tuchel has available to him should he be missing all six of the aforementioned players.
