Full Chelsea squad revealed for Sheffield United clash as Thomas Tuchel dealt Thiago Silva blow

Chelsea are back in action this evening as they look to make it three straight wins.

Thomas Tuchel has enjoyed a fine start to life in west London, picking up seven points from his first three games in charge after taking over from Frank Lampard.

Last time out, the Blues claimed an impressive 1-0 away win over London rivals Tottenham, making it three straight clean sheets, and they will be looking to keep their impressive form going today when they take on Sheffield United at Bramall Lane.

But ahead of the trip north, Chelsea have been dealt an injury blow in the form of defender Thiago Silva who is a doubt after limping off against Tottenham.

"It will be very tight for Sunday. It is only in two days but it is hard to give a diagnosis because I saw him only very quickly in the dressing room with a big strap around his muscle," Tuchel said of the injury.

"We will have to wait until tomorrow so we can confirm it but I think for Sunday he is a big doubt and I don't think that he can play."

Elsewhere, Hakim Ziyech is likely to return having spent the win over Tottenham on the bench as an unused substitute.

Kai Havertz and Kurt Zouma didn't even make the squad for that Spurs clash with 'little issues', but they are expected to return here, despite being listed as doubts in the squad list below.

With that in mind, here is the full squad available to Tuchel to face Sheffield United.

Goalkeepers: Edouard Mendy, Kepa Arrizabalaga, Willy Caballero

Defenders: Antonio Rudiger, Marcos Alonso, Andreas Christensen, Kurt Zouma (doubt), Reece James, Cesar Azpilicueta, Ben Chilwell, Thiago Silva (doubt)

Midfielders: Hakim Ziyech, Jorginho, N'Golo Kante, Mateo Kovacic, Mason Mount, Christian Pulisic, Billy Gilmour, Kai Havertz (doubt)

Forwards: Timo Werner, Tammy Abraham, Olivier Giroud, Callum Hudson-Odoi
