Chelsea will be looking to bounce back from their disappointing 3-3 draw with West Bromwich Albion as they travel to Tottenham for their Carabao Cup fourth round tie.
The Blues have endured a mixed start to the Premier League season, following up their opening weekend win over Brighton with a defeat to champions Liverpool and snatching a point in a dramatic encounter with West Brom.
Next up is a short trip across London to face fierce rivals Tottenham for a place in the next round of the League Cup.
Frank Lampard's side tasted success on their last visit to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in December, winning 2-0 in a bad tempered affair which saw Son Heung-min sent off.
Speaking ahead of the game, the Blues boss Lampard confirmed that new signings Edouard Mendy and Ben Chilwell would be included in the squad.
"Mendy and Chilwell are in the squad tomorrow," Lampard told reporters on Monday.
"They are fit and we will see if they start or not. Ziyech and Pulisic are not far away but they are still in a recovery phase. Too early for them both."
When asked about Mendy, Lampard refused to confirm whether the goalkeeper would make his debut but admitted his first impressions of the former Rennes stopper was good.
"It is all very positive from the early signs and interactions," he added.
"Just as a man on the training pitch. He has settled very well in the first few days and we have made him feel welcome as always. It is competition.
"He is a good goalkeeper and we know a lot about him. We will see how we go."
