Full Chelsea squad for FA Cup quarter-final clash against Leicester revealed

Chelsea will be aiming to build on their impressive 2-1 win over Manchester City when they travel to Leicester City on Sunday evening for their FA Cup quarter-final tie.

Goals from Christian Pulisic and Willian saw  Frank Lampard's side  beat City and seal Liverpool's first Premier League title in 30 years.

The win continued Chelsea's good form after beating Aston Villa 2-1 in their first game after the season restart.

Next up is Brendan Rodgers' Leicester, who have enjoyed an excellent campaign so far, and sit above Chelsea in the table.

Lampard on Christian Pulisic's potential

Lampard will be tempted to keep a similar team to Thursday night, but the Blues do have a London derby against West Ham in midweek to consider, so there may be rotation.

Tammy Abraham could be handed a start, after the England striker was brought off the bench against City, whilst Willy Caballero may replace Kepa Arrizabalaga.

In midfield, there is intense competition for places and Lampard may use the cup tie as an opportunity to rest N'Golo Kante against his former side, and give minutes to Billy Gilmour and Jorginho.

The only definite absentee is Marco van Ginkel, who signed a new contract on Friday to remain at Stamford Bridge for another season.

The 27-year-old’s previous contract expired this summer but his new deal takes his Chelsea career into its eighth season.

Full Chelsea squad: Kepa Arrizabalaga, Willy Caballero; Cesar Azpilicueta, Reece James, Antonio Rudiger, Andreas Christensen, Kurt Zouma, Marcos Alonso, Emerson; Jorginho, N'Golo Kante, Mateo Kovacic, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Ross Barkley, Billy Gilmour, Mason Mount; Willian, Pedro, Christian Pulisic; Tammy Abraham, Olivier Giroud, Michy Batshuayi and Faustino Anjorin.
