The Arizona Cardinals no longer have a second-round pick in the 2020 NFL draft and have an extra fourth-round pick, as a result of the trade for receiver DeAndre Hopkins.
What might the Cardinals’ draft look like? Here is the latest simulation I ran.
Round 1: Alabama OT Jedrick Wills

CeeDee Lamb went surprisingly high and Tristan Wirfs is also off the board, as well as Isaiah Simmons. I decide between Wills and Louisville’s Mekhi Becton. Wills has good size and is athletic enough, but the tape and the consistently winning one on one is the sell. Becton has the potential to be better but Wills should be very good and is the safer bet.
Round 3: Auburn DL Marlon Davidson

Davidson played alongside Derrick Brown and was the more productive pass rusher. He had 6.5 sacks and 11.5 tackles for loss, more sacks than Brown and the same number of tackles for loss. He offers some positional versatility, although part of that is because he might not have a true position.
Round 4 (pick 1): Memphis RB Antonio Gibson

Gibson is a big upside pick. He only had 77 touches in two seasons with Memphis and scored 14 touchdowns. He began as a receiver and is built similarly to David Johnson, only he is faster. He has big upside and athleticism. The Cardinals will be able to use him in a number of ways.
Round 4 9 (pick 2): Texas WR Devin Duvernay

Watch out for this name. He is fast. He is Kyler Murray’s cousin. He has the same agent as Murray and Cardinals head coach Kliff Kingsbury. He had 106 catches for nearly 1,400 yards last season. He has Andy Isabella speed and produced big numbers in a Power 5 conference.
Round 6: Minnesota LB Kamal Martin

He has linebacker size, physicality and mentality. He gives solid depth at the position.
Round 7: North Carolina S Myles Dorn

Dorn is versatile as a safety but is best as a deep safety, which is something the Cardinals could use. He will compete with Deionte Thompson for a roster spot. He had 83 tackles, 4.5 for loss and two picks in 2019. He is known for being smart an instinctive.
