Full details of the new Cabinet have been announced as Taoiseach Micheal Martin leads his new Government.
The Fianna Fail leader was elected as Ireland's 15th Taoiseach after being voted in by TDs this afternoon.
Members of Fianna Fail, Fine Gael and the Green Party overwhelmingly voted in favour of the Programme for Government on Friday, which was set out last week.
TDs from all parties then gathered in the National Convention Centre this morning and a majority of 93 votes backed the proposal to have Fianna Fáil leader Micheál Martin step into the top job.
And he will be joined in Government by Fine Gael leader Leo Varadkar, who moves down to Tanaiste.
Darragh O'Brien will replace Eoghan Murphy as Minister for Housing, while Simon Coveney and Paschal Donohoe will keep their jobs in Foreign Affairs and Finance respectively.
Stephen Donnelly will replace Simon Harris as Minister for Health, with Mr Harris becoming Minister for Higher Education and Research.
