Full breakdown of latest Covid-19 figures in Northern Ireland

Figures released by the Department of Health today show a further nine people have tested positive for Covid-19.

The death toll in Northern Ireland stands at 556 after no deaths were announced today by the DoH.

The dashboard states a total of 333 deaths have been recorded in hospitals here, 187 in residential/care homes, 21 in the community and a further 15 are not recorded.

Figures today also show hospital admissions for individuals who have tested positive for Covid-19.

There are currently two patients in ICU in hospital in Northern Ireland.

There is a total of seven patients across 18 hospitals in NI, figures show. There has been 1,513 hospital admissions and 1,493 discharges.

Breakdown of individuals with a Laboratory Completed Test by LGD

A total of 5,868 people have now tested positive for the virus, with 167,662 tests being carried out since the beginning of the pandemic.

A total of 1,431 of these positive cases were in Belfast, out of a total 23,809 tests done in the area.

In the last seven days in Northern Ireland, 76 people have tested positive.
