Full Arsenal squad for Leeds United clash revealed as Martin Odegaard could make first start

Arsenal will be looking to bounce back from back-to-back defeats when they host Leeds United this afternoon.

The Gunners are back in action a week after losing to Aston Villa which came hot on the heels of a 2-1 loss at the hands of Wolves as they take on a Leeds side that has impressed many neutrals on their return to the Premier League.

It somehow finished goalless at Elland Road earlier in the season with the fixture proving to be a heated affair after Nicolas Pepe was sent-off after head-butting Ezgjan Alioski in the second half.

Arsenal's form had improved following Christmas but those defeats has set them back and despite his side in the bottom half of the table ahead of kick-off, Mikel Arteta is not ready to prioritise the Europa League just yet.

"The priority is Leeds and then we go back to Europe," Arteta said in his pre-match press conference. "Obviously, it's a competition that we know can give us access to what we want.

"There's still a long way to go, still a very strange year as well with the locations of where we're going to be playing those games.

"Let's go step by step.

For this afternoon's game at the Emirates Stadium, Arteta will be without two first-team players.

Kieran Tierney is still not available for selection because of a leg problem, while Thomas Partey misses out with a muscle injury he sustained against Villa eight days ago.

With that said, Bernd Leno and David Luiz are available again following their suspensions which allows Arteta to rotate his squad.

Meanwhile, January loan signing Martin Odegaard is pushing to make his first start following two substitute appearances against Manchester United and Villa.

Full Arsenal squad available to Arteta
