Scott Parker has once again made a whole host of changes for tonight's Carabao Cup fixture.
The Fulham boss has made seven adjustments from the teamsheet that lost to Leeds at the weekend as Aleksandar Mitrovic misses out from the squad entirely.
Marek Rodak comes in for Alphonse Areola who also isn't in the squad, while Tim Ream comes into the heart of defence. Stefan Johansen returns from injury, Neeskens Kebano and Bobby De Cordova-Reid earn starts after impressive substitute displays at the weekend and Atonee Robinson and Anthony Knockaert come into the side.
It seems like Parker is resting the likes of Mitrovic and the weekend's impressive Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa, who could be playing a lot of minutes in the coming weeks, while trying to get others up to match fitness.
He said: “We’ve not been back long, the players are a little bit undercooked, and this is a perfect time for us to get these games in the lads. And also to develop, like I say, as a team is vitally important as well.
“There’s no injuries really. We’re at full strength, everyone’s good, so I’ve got a full squad to pick from.
“As always, it’s about balancing which players need it and where they are in their fitness, so those are the decisions I have to make.”
