Fulham v Sheffield Wednesday live stream info and kick-off time

Fulham and Sheffield Wednesday head into their penultimate fixtures of the campaign on Saturday, with the Cottagers in the mix for the second automatic promotion spot to the Premier League.

Currently fourth-placed in the Championship table, Scott Parker's side are on 77 points, four points behind third-placed Brentford and five points behind second-placed West Brom. With two fixtures remaining, it's not inconceivable for Fulham to claim all six points and leapfrog to claim the second-placed spot.

A win on Saturday would also see the Londoners stretch their unbeaten league run to six matches.

Garry Monl's Sheffield Wednesday, meanwhile, are in 15th position in the table. The Owls will be bidding to continue their improvement from the last two games which has seen them secure four points and two clean sheets.

What have the managers said?

Sheffield Wednesday manager Garry Monk told YorkshireLive: "We want to try and finish unbeaten and get points. The approach will be to try and win both games.

"This has been a tough period. We only had two weeks of contact training and we then went straight into games. It was a big, big ask physically. Then players not extending, injuries and all the rest of it, it’s been a difficult one.

"It has been a big demand but we have not used that as an excuse.

"The scheduling hasn’t been kind to us. All of the teams that we have played have had extra recovery days and that has made a big difference in terms of recovering players."

Fulham manager Scott Parker: "I see a team in Sheffield Wednesday who, sitting where they are, maybe don’t have a lot to play.

"But I see a competitive team who have the freedom of not having that stress, which could be a positive for them.

“It will be a tough challenge. Solid team with some experience, a good side.

“Ultimately we need to worry about ourselves and address what we need to do. We need to come out with a real strong attitude and a real determination about us to try and win the football match, like we always do."
