Frustrated Carson Wentz points the finger at himself after Eagles lose to Seahawks

Carson Wentz took the first steps to redeem himself, looking in the mirror when assessing where the Eagles went wrong in Sunday’s 17-9 home loss to the Seahawks.

Wentz looked lost at times, missing easy throws, holding the ball for too long and committing four costly turnovers as the Eagles fell to 5-6 on the season.

Wentz went 33 of 45, for 256 yards, one touchdown, and two interceptions, while also suffering a hand injury that will need further evaluation. Even with the loss, the Eagles have a ton to play for.

With a Dallas loss to New England, the Eagles would still be a game out in the NFC, but Wentz has to play better for Philadelphia to have any shot at the playoffs.
