Frosses Road Ballymoney closed after serious road traffic collision

Emergency services are at the scene of a serious collision in Co Antrim.

Police say the Frosses Road in Ballymoney remains closed on Thursday afternoon at the Drone Road roundabout following the serious road traffic collision.

A PSNI spokesperson added: "Motorists are advised to avoid the area and seek alternative main routes for their journey."

There are no further details relating to the crash at this time.

In other news, the Comber Road in Dundonald has re-opened following an earlier three vehicle road traffic collision shortly after 9.35am this morning (Thursday November 4).

Three people attended hospital for treatment to their injuries, which are not believed to be life threatening at this time.
