Frontier Airlines forcibly removed a Jewish family from a flight leaving Miami to Newark on Sunday night over allegations that their 18-month-old infant wasn’t wearing a face mask, according to a report in The New York Post

“Multiple people, including several adults, were asked repeatedly to wear their masks and refused to do so,” the airline responded in a statement on Sunday night.

Passengers on the flight said that the baby seemed to be the reason for the family’s removal.

The flight was eventually canceled and passengers were booked on alternative flights.

One passenger filmed part of the interaction, which was posted on Twitter by the Orthodox Jewish Public Affairs Council.

In the video, passengers can be heard screaming at flight staff for unjustified action.
